Frontier’s Feminist Club is a vibrant and inclusive organization that allows students to engage in meaningful debates about gender and equality.
Our group is dedicated to promoting gender equality, challenging stereotypes, and creating a more inclusive atmosphere for all students. It’s a student-run club, and we meet regularly in room A202 (Ms. Moore’s room) at 12:50 p.m. on early release Fridays. We have discussion groups at these sessions for students to share their opinions and engage in open dialogue regarding gender-related issues, especially within the school setting. This works to enhance the school environment.
The Feminist Club’s activities over the last few years have included the Roe V. Wade protest and the installation of menstrual products in the school’s bathrooms. We have expanded awareness of gender issues, members report increasing sentiments of empowerment in resolving any difficulties. We have created a welcoming atmosphere for all students in grades 7 through 12 and plan to extend viewpoints in the future by inviting guest speakers from a variety of backgrounds and occupations to share their experiences and ideas on gender-related themes.
